Subject: Working Saturday – Double Session & Examination Preparation
This is to inform all teachers that there will be no half-day or activity schedule on Saturday, 2nd May 2026.
As the examinations are commencing from 4th May 2026, this Saturday will be observed as a full working day (double session).
Instructions for Teachers:
- Teachers are required to utilize the time for proofreading and finalization of question papers.
- Revision tests may be conducted in respective classes to prepare students for the upcoming examinations.
- Ensure completion of all exam-related formalities and syllabus revision.
All staff members are expected to be present and ensure proper academic engagement of students.

Subject: Unit Test Examination Schedule & Summer Vacation (Classes I–VI)
This is to formally notify all students, staff, and parents that the Unit Test Examinations for Classes I to VI will be conducted from 4th May 2026 to 12th May 2026. All concerned are requested to take note of the detailed schedule below and ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.
Summer Vacation
The Summer Vacation will commence from 18th May 2026, and the school will reopen on 7th July 2026.
General Instructions
- All students must report to school as per the regular examination timings.
- Ensure that all necessary stationery and materials are brought to the examination hall.
- Strict discipline and adherence to examination rules are mandatory.
- Teachers are requested to ensure timely completion of syllabus, proper invigilation, and smooth conduct of examinations.
- No re-examination will be conducted except under genuine and approved circumstances.
